Corporate History
Employed, at the time, by different corporations focused on Function Point Analysis, Bobbi and Mary met in 1995 in a Function Point User Group in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Later, they became co-workers in the Target Corporation's Project Office downtown Minneapolis where they consulted with Project Managers, administered project management disciplines, and applied software methodologies and related tools.
Over the next ten years, even though their project management and quality control skills took them in different directions, Bobbi and Mary encountered similar challenges as they worked for organizations in need of practical process improvement, quality assurance, and business solutions. Their respective corporations faced many of the same problems. The solutions evolved but the underlying theories remained the same. Because of this, they both share in many of the same approaches, strategic planning, and workflow principles. Bobbi and Mary have implemented successful change in companies such as Target, E•FUNDS, Thomson Reuters, Travelers, Northwest Airlines (NWA), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Allianz Life/Fireman’s Fund.
Now, Bobbi and Mary have formed Integral Process Solutions to leverage their experience on behalf of their clients by customizing process solutions that address their unique challenges.
